Domestic Shipping
By.Bradlei offers complimentary insured shipping on U.S. orders over $750. Each piece is packed in our signature box and soft pouch to protect its beauty in transit.
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after production
- Express options available at checkout
International Shipping
International orders are welcomed on a case-by-case basis. European shipping is available; however, all customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the client’s responsibility and are due upon delivery.
By.Bradlei cannot estimate or cover these charges, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance.
Processing Time
Each By.Bradlei creation is made with care. Ready-to-ship designs typically dispatch within 2–4 business days. Bespoke or custom designs ship within 6–8 weeks unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery when kept in their original condition and packaging.
Custom, engraved, or bespoke creations are final sale, honoring the collaboration and artistry invested in every design.
To request a return, contact Client Care within 14 days of delivery. We will guide you through secure return shipping and provide a prepaid label if applicable.
Packaging & Gifts
Every By.Bradlei order arrives in a signature presentation box and soft protective pouch, ready for gifting or safekeeping. Personalized notes are available upon request.
